The Solution facilitates efficient and accurate reporting for all required measures
East Windsor, NJ — December 15, 2015 —SpectraMedix announced the release of the latest version of its DSRIP Solution. The Solution includes a complete range of New York Department of Health (DOH) measures for DSRIP along with the ability to create custom measures. Measures can be calculated, tracked and reported in near real-time enabling Performing Provider Systems to maximize incentives and improve performance.
Part of the ONC Certified eMeasures360TM Platform, the SpectraMedix DSRIP Solution assists Performing Provider Systems (PPSs) and participating providers in achieving the process and outcome goals, and corresponding incentive payments, associated with System Transformation, Clinical Improvement and Population-Wide Projects. The SpectraMedix DSRIP Solution is easily scalable to align with other quality measure initiatives, positioning PPSs and other healthcare organizations to implement additional Value-based Payment Models and DSRIP 2.0.
Through the integration of disparate data from public and private sources into a central Enterprise Data Warehouse, the Solution produces clear insights that help PPSs make educated decisions in near real-time. High-risk patients can be identified and interventions made before initial hospitalization or readmissions are necessary. Service utilization and costs can be optimized through the use of population analysis by geocode, registry and risk profile.
“DSRIP is a pioneering program that provides healthcare organizations an opportunity to improve patient outcomes and lower costs,” said Raj Lakhanpal, MD, FRCS, FACEP, Chief Executive Officer, SpectraMedix. “Our advanced capabilities to measure, benchmark and improve system-wide performance are perfectly positioned to help Participating Provider Systems meet their goals.”
SpectraMedix’s state of the art solutions enable hospitals and ambulatory care providers to improve performance and outcomes while transitioning to pay for performance and risk-based payment models. The SpectraMedix 360 platform for clinical data collection and aggregation, quality measure compliance, real-time data visualization and predictive modeling provides a suite of products that includes eMeasures360 for quality measures calculation and reporting, and identifying gaps in care; PredictiveCare360 for facilitating risk-based initiatives that leverage real-time data at the individual patient and population levels; and AccountableCare360 for collecting, analyzing, sharing and reporting data for the ACO measure set.
