Role Overview:
We're looking for a Data Analyst to turn raw healthcare data into clear, decision-ready insights. You'll work across SQL, Python, and BI tools, and use AI coding assistants (Claude, Cursor) to move faster while keeping quality high.
Key Responsibilities:
Write and optimize SQL to extract and transform data for analysis and reporting
Build dashboards and reports in Tableau / Power BI
Clean, validate, and model data from multiple sources
Use Python (Pandas) for analysis, automation, and ad-hoc scripting
Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development — and rigorously review their output
Partner with stakeholders to frame questions and communicate findings clearly
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong SQL (joins, window functions, CTEs, optimization)
Python for data work (Pandas, NumPy)
Data visualization (Tableau or Power BI)
Solid grounding in statistics and data wrangling
Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Claude / Cursor) and sound judgment to validate AI-generated code
Git for version control
Clear written and verbal communication
Preferred Skills:
Healthcare / claims data experience
Cloud data warehouse exposure (Databricks, Snowflake, Big-Query)
Understanding of ETL / data pipelines
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related discipline (B. Tech / B.Sc. / BCA)
Non-Technical / Behavioral Competencies:
Experience working with US-based clients in onsite-offshore delivery models is essential
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, listening, and technical articulation skills
Demonstrated analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities
Strong prioritization, time management, and stakeholder management skills across internal and external teams
Self-motivated, proactive, quick learner, and an effective collaborator
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines within a matrix organizational structure
