What are we looking for:

Job Title: Associate Project Manager

Location: Gurugram, India

Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Associate Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of product and technology initiatives, with a strong emphasis on Agile execution, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality outcomes. The role requires hands-on experience in managing cross-functional teams, driving product development cycles, and delivering solutions in complex environments such as US healthcare and AI-driven platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering, Data Science, and Business stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment between business goals and product delivery timelines
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies proactively
  • Track and report key delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, release readiness)
  • Facilitate communication across global stakeholders, especially US-based clients
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory considerations (where applicable)
  • Drive continuous improvement in Agile maturity and delivery processes

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–4 years of experience in Project/Program Management in a product-driven environment
  • Strong hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management across business and technical teams
  • Experience in end-to-end product development lifecycle
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage distributed teams and multiple priorities
     

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in US healthcare domain (payer/provider ecosystem preferred)
  • Exposure to AI/ML-driven projects or data-centric platforms
  • Understanding of healthcare data standards (e.g., claims, clinical datasets, interoperability)
  • PMP / Scrum Master certification (nice to have)
  • Experience working with global clients, especially in the US timezone

Educational Qualification:

  • Experience working with US-based clients within onsite-offshore delivery models is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, listening, and technical articulation skills
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and stakeholder management skills across internal and external teams
  • Self-motivated, proactive, quick learner, and an effective collaborator 
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight timelines within a matrix organizational structure
