EXPERIENCE: 3-6 YEARS

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform data quality and data discovery analysis
Perform routine and ad hoc data analysis
Translate business requests into actionable reports and business recommendations
Design data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate results

REQUIRED SKILLSET:

Proficiency in SQL is a must
Proficiency in developing dashboards using Tableau
Exposure to MS-Excel is a must
Exposure to US healthcare, familiarity with data assets in the healthcare space is good to have
Proficiency in transforming data for analysis. Proficient in using sorting, joins, transpositions, transformations, summarizing using SQL/R/Python
Exposure to statistical and machine learning techniques is good to have
Proficiency in Python or R is big advantage.
Exposure to managing Tableau server is an advantage

OTHER SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

Good verbal and written communication
Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as a team player
