ROLE: JUNIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

LOCATION: GURUGRAM/ HYDERABAD

EXPERIENCE: 0-2 YEARS

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, goals, and requirements
  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements using various techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys
  • Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and project plans to support decision-making and project prioritization
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding of requirements
  • Create and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and process diagrams
  • Participate in testing, validation, and user acceptance activities to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business analysis

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 0-2 Years working experience
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while simultaneously managing multiple assignments post proper trainings and hand-holding
  • Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required
  • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and non-technical terms
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills

 

GOOD TO HAVE:

  • US Healthcare knowledge – policies, different products
  • MS office hands-on or certification
