What are we looking for

SpectraMedix is seeking a seasoned, highly skilled and motivated Lead Data Analyst to join our team. In this techno-leadership role, you will drive data analysis initiatives, mentor a team of analysts, manage projects and provide actionable insights/reports to empower decision making for our clients.

Location: Gurugram (Hybrid)

Roles & Responsibilities

Leadership & Mentorship:

• Manage and mentor a team of data analysts to ensure high-quality output and professional growth
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration within the team

Data Analysis & Insights:

• Lead the collection, cleaning, and analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
• Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports to present data insights to stakeholders
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to drive business performance

Strategy & Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical needs and ensure data-driven decision-making
• Partner with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and create data models that support business objectives

Required Experience

• 8-10 Years of work experience
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL is must-have
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau is a mandate
• Excel knowledge is must have
• Python or R is good to have
• Excellent in Exploratory data analysis
• Good in data story telling
   

Non-Technical / Behavioral competencies required

• Must have worked with US based clients in onsite/off shore delivery model
• Strong verbal and written communication, technical articulation, listening, and presentation skills are essential
• Should have proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated expertise in prioritization, time management, and stakeholder management (both internal and external) is necessary
• Should be a quick learner, self-starter, proactive, and an effective team player
• Must have experience working under tight deadlines within a matrix organizational structure
