Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, and Sales Teams to develop innovative ways to market products with long sales cycles in the evolving US “value-based” healthcare environment.
- Work with Marketing and Sales Teams to create a content strategy that conforms to and sets out to achieve business goals.
- Plan and develop content to drive website traffic, lead nurturing, and lead conversion.
- Plan and run efficient, cost-effective performance marketing SEM campaigns on Google and LinkedIn to target the right audience and convert them to leads.
- Stay up to date on industry best practices for content strategy, SEM/SEO, and marketing automation.
- Ensure the company website is optimized for SEO.
- Develop sequenced, content driven marketing campaigns in HubSpot (or equivalent tool) to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Assist in overall management of the website CMS.
Required Skills:
- Strong performance marketing experience in managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong content strategy experience to drive inbound leads.
- Knowledge of HubSpot or equivalent is a big plus.
- Strong prior experience into content development/editing/management is a big plus.
- Prior knowledge and experience in digital marketing/HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Knowledge of how to build/create HTML emails, landing pages, forms, etc. in marketing automation is highly appreciable.
- Proven experience generating inbound leads through different online marketing strategies.
- Experience in designing and maintaining B2B lead nurturing and conversion strategies.
Qualification: B.S. / B.A., Marketing, Business or related field from an accredited College or University
