Role: Program Manager (US Healthcare IT)
Location: Gurgaon

Description:
The Project Manager will responsible for overall project delivery for our clients. As an owner, you will be responsible for owning the project from start to finish, participate in a day-to-day programs/project reviews, dispose of issues and project scope changes, participate and approve project plans as required, manage, review and prioritizes the project work plans with objective to stay on time and on budget, provide status and progress reviews to executive team and conduct risk management analysis as well as client management as required.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Effectively and efficiently own the successful delivery of all assigned projects including managing all cross-function work stream owners.
- Responsible for end-to-end project deliveries (Scope, estimation, planning, UAT, implementation and production.
- Assess progress and report status to management and key constituents. Highlight areas of concern or needed assistance. Track status of project timelines and milestones and communicate with management and team members.
- Responsible for overall quality review of project, ongoing and final evaluation and documentation of team/project procedures.
- ScrumMaster for designated projects (able to handle 2 to 4 projects at a time).
- Plan Product delivery roadmap, Risk identification and mitigation.
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all the stakeholders are informed of the impact on schedule and budget.
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to articulate his ideas very well to clients and team alike.
- Experience in managing development projects for enterprise applications.
- Experience in implementing Agile / Test driven development model.
- Should have handled a team of at least 8-10 members.
- Should have executed 2-4 medium to long term projects.
- Excellent track record in managing project deliveries. Should be a delivery champion.
- Excellent client management skills. Should have been involved in strategic decision making.
- Young, energetic and assertive. Should be a quintessential team man.
- Should be a technology enthusiast.
- Experienced in complete software development life cycle (SDLC) such as Analysing, Designing, coding, Testing and documentation of software products.
- Awareness of bug tracking tool like Bugzilla etc.
- Flexible to adjust work schedule to coordinate with US team and clients.
Required Technical Expertise:
Good to Have:
- Awareness of build automation tools like Jenkins etc.
- Awareness of version control systems like SVN etc.
- US Healthcare experience (EDI / 837 I/P, HL7, CCDA, ICD-10, Rx Norms) will be plus.
- Scrum/PMP certification.
Educational Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent technical field experience / MCA (Fulltime) from reputed University.
