ROLE: SOFTWARE QA ENGINEER(AUTOMATION)

LOCATION: GURUGRAM

EXPERIENCE: 4-6 YEARS

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, develop, maintain and troubleshoot automated suites of tests through continuous integration for value-added feedback and aligning those tasks with the company's business priorities
  • Should be responsible for meeting the project deadlines with quality deliverables
  • Collaborate with cross teams and make sure to test all business and functional aspects of the applications
  • Continuously improve the automation test suite to ensure maximum test coverage and efficiency
  • Work closely with other testing teams and make sure test scripts are well adapted in cross teams
  • Responsible for automation framework design and implementation according to project structure

 

REQUIRED SKILL SET:

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in any engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in test automation of web applications/services
  • Strong experience in Java, Selenium Web Driver and BDD automation framework (preferably cucumber)
  • Strong experience in Unit testing frameworks – Junit or TestNG
  • Good understanding of handling large and complex set of test data in automation frameworks
  • Good understanding of end-to-end automation architecture and test execution from CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Understanding of SDLC tools like: Maven, Git/SVN, JIRA, Test Management (TestRail, Xray…etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

 

GOOD TO HAVE:

  • Experience with US Healthcare IT domain
  • Hands on experience with SQL/database testing
  • Experience with any performance testing tool, preferably JMeter
