Position: Senior Business Analyst

Description:
Senior Software Engineer will work closely with lead developers, architects and data/business analyst. This person will implement, test and document as needed. Occasionally the developer will be client interacting, should feel confident publicly speaking and explaining technical configurations. This person will also work with the client relations and project management teams insuring the SpectraMedix product is meeting the highest standards of quality and satisfying its customers.
Job Description:
- Perform functional and non-functional requirement gathering, technical specifications, analysis and estimation.
- Create wireframes, effective workflows, data flow diagrams, BRDs, User stories, use cases and analysis outlines.
- Conduct analysis on data from different healthcare IT systems and formats including CCD, CCDA, HL7, 837I/P normalized in EDW
- Prepare data discovery report that includes data sufficiency and readiness.
- Utilize reports and analysis to generate quality reports for regulatory compliance across programs like MIPS, eCQMs, PQRS, and HEDIS measures.
- Create and implement testing strategy using TestRail and SQL to support development of proprietary healthcare software applications.
- Write product and project documentation and provide walkthrough to business and technical teams.
- Perform research and synthesize findings for various state and center run healthcare programs in Medicare and Medicaid reforms as well as Value Based Payments.
- Work with certification agencies to understand, translate and approve methodologies for measure calculation.
- Involve in full product life-cycle from research and design through development and launch. Identify, analyze, and has ability to interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Conduct User Acceptance testing, prepare end user training materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics or Sciences with 3 years of experience.
- Experience or training can be combined with academic studies to equate a 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in the U.S.
