Description:

• Requirement elicitation and requirements gathering
• Create detailed documentation of features and functions through user stories, BRDs and FRDs
• Provide requirements walkthroughs to different teams and address questions each team may have
• Define User Acceptance Criteria
• Perform User Acceptance Testing
• Collaborate in the planning and design of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications
• Define processes and workflows to improve product development activities

• Excellent analytical skill. Should be good with numbers.
• Excellent working skills in MS Word and MS Excel
• Experience in wire-framing tool preferred (user flow diagram)
• Experience of working in agile project management tools like Jira
• Knowledge about US Healthcare industry / Health Insurance / Life Insurance domain
• Prior experience understanding claims data will be a plus.
• Prior experience of working in Insurance Premium calculation will be preferred.
• Experience into Software development / Agile methodology is required.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while simultaneously managing multiple assignments
• Ability to conduct research into marketplace
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and non-technical terms
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills

Education:
Graduate or post graduate degree in Information Technology, Biotechnology, Actuarial Sciences or any relevant stream
