Job Role: Senior Business Analyst

Experience: 6-8 Years

Location: Gurgaon/ Hyderabad

The Business Analyst is responsible for working with the business and technical SMEs in discovery, modeling, documentation and management of data and business systems requirements. The analyst will be responsible for serving as the liaison between the business team and the technical team in translating complex business information needs to application software.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with the US healthcare client & Health IT Projects.
• Fair Knowledge on Clinical data sources E.g. EDI, ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT, 837I, 837P, CCDA, QRDA, HL7, FHIR, EMR, EHR.
• Understanding different HIPAA measures (DSRIP/ MIPS/ ECQM/ HEDIS/ HCPCS etc).
• Feed Analysis, technical Documentation and Feed Specification document.
• Ability to understand and develop data mapping documents, technical documentation and specification document.
• Experience with defining test cases and test scripts.
• Conduct internal and client UAT sessions before release.
• Work with business stakeholders and decision makers to gather and define business and functional requirements, and technical specification.
• Create detailed documentation of features and functions.
• Define processes and workflows to improve product development activities.
• Collaborate in the planning and design of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate or Post graduate in IT/ Health and Hospital Management/ Health Administration/ Biotechnology/ Pharmacy/ B.D.S.
• Knowledge about clinical quality measures is a plus such HEDIS, PDI, PQI etc.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while simultaneously managing multiple assignments.
• Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and non-technical terms.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
