ROLE: TABLEAU BI LEAD

LOCATION: GURUGRAM

EXPERIENCE: 7-10 YEARS

Description: This role is for a team member who can join the “Data Analytics” team in Spectramedix Gurgaon office. This role is supposed to drive innovation and architect the tableau reporting layer for one of the main product lines. This role would also be responsible for administration of offshore tableau servers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop an understanding of the current end-to-end Tableau BI platform architecture and create a roadmap for improvements
• Run Tableau Centre of Excellence in the organization; Self-motivated to explore and try latest Tableau features
• Work closely with Data Analytics team to provide technical guidance and implement best practices for tableau development
• Perform tableau administrator duties for tableau servers in India; Server upgrades, logs maintenance, User access, Data security, Licensing etc

QUALIFICATIONS:

• B.S. in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ Years working experience
• Must have experience of architecting/contributing to the tableau reporting layer development
• Must have decent exposure to tableau server administration, must know about user access
• Must be excited about exploring Tableau as a tool, new features testing, solving existing problems through tableau
• Tableau certification is preferred
• Able to conduct training sessions for team members
• Able to work with teams in different geographic locations
• Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to set up and take ownership of tasks and processes

• Working into Healthcare domain is plus
