Role: Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for vacancies.
- Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
- Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
- Drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places ads in the most effective social media platforms.
- Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews,
- and other forms of communications.
- Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
- Verifies potential employees’ credentials.
- Provides advice to hiring managers regarding salary negotiations with final candidates.
- Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace.
- Superlative skills in sourcing candidates with technical skills, proven by closed positions in a corporate / agency environment.
- Coordinate with different Stakeholders to gain knowledge of roles and processes and strategize hiring process.
- Understanding of different roles in the technology world: understands the difference between developer, architects, backend and front-end developers etc.
- Research oriented recruiter, having keen eye for connecting best profile for the job roles.
Qualification and Requirements:
- Technical graduate / strong keenness for IT and technology is preferred.
- 4 - 6 years' work experience in a fast-paced technical recruiting environment / preferably into product hiring.
- Previous experience into US IT recruitment will be preferred, having knowledge about US TAX terms (Corp2Corp, 1099, W2), hiring for GC/ US Citizens.
- Expertise required in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn / Google / Xray search.
- Should have good understanding of Boolean search, experienced into cold calling, head hunting for passive candidates, job posting, contact generation for effective and timely closing of positions within different units.
- Past experience working and closing positions in different technology stacks (Java / FullStack / Data Science / DevOps / Big Data etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with MS office Suite (excel, power point and word).
Education:
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Technology / IT / Human Resource Management streams are preferred.
