Program Manager (East Windsor, NJ)
Manage project execution by leading a cross-functional team of Value-Based Payment stakeholders to adapt and configure healthcare IT products towards the delivery of accurate and scalable value-based payment solutions. Identify and resolve problems to help customers understand what key capabilities our IT product can provide, how to implement and migrate their existing processes to our products, and to identify ways to leverage our product technology to deliver measurable business value. Lead client-facing implementation engagements. Advise the teams as they design, develop, implement, launch and support new products and enhancements to existing products. Drive consensus around project goals, priorities and scope. Work closely with clients to support and to coordinate implementation and product launch activities. Manage communications with stakeholders regarding project details and provide status with weekly reports to customers. Manage the planning and implementation of IT projects involving SaaS based Care Coordination software for large healthcare plans involving Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid lines of businesses. Develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to establish program metrics and key deliverables aligned with SDLC methodology. Partner with cross-functional teams to plan product features delivery for Care Coordination, Utilization Management, Appeals & Grievances, Social Determinants of Health and Population Health risk management. Develop and maintain RACI, RAID log, and JIRA dashboard to track real time project status; and present weekly dashboard reports to stakeholders. Track project deliverables using tools such as One Drive, MS project, Confluence, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Jira. Master’s degree in Communication and Information Studies, Computer Science or a related field with 3 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5 years of progressive experience. Experience in Jenkins, version control system (SVN), EDI, 837I/P, HL7, CCDA, ICD-10. Experience in Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid healthcare sector. Experience in SDLC methodology such as analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and documentation of software products. Experience in RACI, RAID log, JIRA dashboard, One Drive, Confluence, Smartsheet, and SharePoint. M-F $155K to $160K with benefits incl. PTO & Federal holidays, employee health insurance &401K.
