Are you a successful sales executive with a passion to bring new and innovative solutions to senior executives at health plans and health systems to address their value-based payment problems? Are you motivated by growing professionally and helping a company reach new heights? Do you thrive as part of a strong team? If so, you may be a perfect fit for the Senior Business Development Executive role at SpectraMedix.
We are seeking a direct contributor sales professional that is an experienced, driven closer with a team-oriented attitude and capable of independent success. He/she should be willing to travel representing SpectraMedix and confidently identify each prospect’s value-based contract challenges, demonstrate and message how our solutions solve those key problems better than other in-house and third-party options, and articulate strong value propositions to secure new client logos. This executive should be able to meet deadlines and work well in competitive and high-pressure situations. This role requires an individual capable of selling at the highest level of multi-billion-dollar organizations. The role also requires a disciplined effort to grow the top of the sales funnel through regular prospecting and networking efforts. The ideal candidate is experienced selling complex software solutions/platforms to health plans and health systems with a strong knowledge of value-based contracts and/or population health, quality, risk, utilization, and financial domains. The ideal candidate also brings a sense of urgency to find and close deals to grow the company customer base.
