Job Description:

We are looking for a UI / JavaScript developer, with 8 - 10 years of experience in UI development, who has 4 - 6 years of relevant experience on React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application is robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure and therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Developing new user-facing features using React.js.
• Good experience in responsive design.
• Knowledge of MVVM and MVC Design Patterns.
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Working with Product and UX to understand requirements.
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code.
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
• Suggesting solutions to design and architectural requirements of the application.
• Investigating and analyzing third-party extensions for feature fitment.
• Utilizing a variety of markup languages to create web pages.
• Maintaining brand consistency throughout design.

Required Skill Set:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
• Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript/ES6.
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).
• Experience working with Stateless (functional), Stateful components (e.g., hooks).
• Experience of development using generic components.
• Good knowledge in using the third party react plugins/packages.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
• Should be able to review code for correctness, performance, reusability and standard practices.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial.
• Execution of the full lifecycle of development.
• Excellent analytical skills needed to understand requirements and resolve issues.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Creative problem solving.

Good To Have:

• Experience with US Healthcare IT Domain.
• Experience of using any popular React.js framework.
• Exposure to creating multi-tenant applications.
• Working knowledge of Node.js.

Educational Requirement:

• Bachelor/ Masters or equivalent degree in any engineering or technical or any relevant field.
