The customizable DSRIP Solution will integrate provider data and deliver performance reporting to help SI PPS improve outcomes, reduce costs and optimize service utilization for the 180,000 Medicaid patients it serves

East Windsor, NJ — July 22, 2015 SpectraMedix, a leading provider of solutions that accelerate the transition to pay for performance and risk-based payment models, will provide the Staten Island Performing Provider System (SI PPS) with a customizable information sharing, performance reporting and population health intelligence platform for their New York State Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) Program.   • Calculate and report DSRIP specific and custom measures in near real-time for performance reporting and improvement;
  • Employ predictive analytics to identify and address high-risk patients and populations, chronic disease populations and gaps in care to reduce preventable admissions, readmissions and emergency department visits;
  • Identify and address areas within a population where service utilization can be optimized and costs reduced using analytics for population distribution by zip code, registry, population risk profiles and population cost distribution;
  • Facilitate effective care coordination and transitions with the ability to share information and integrate with care management solutions.

“We are delighted to have the opportunity to work with SI PPS. DSRIP is a pioneering program that provides healthcare organizations an opportunity to improve patient outcomes and lower costs,” said Raj Lakhanpal, MD, FRCS, FACEP, Chief Executive Officer, SpectraMedix. “The integrated data management, population health intelligence and performance reporting capabilities of our DSRIP Solution will help SI PPS to realize the clinical and financial benefits of their DSRIP projects.
